So, I have a ridiculously high nicotine tolerance (STEM grad school / I was using 25+ 9 mg nicotine pouches within a day), and recently came into a pretty solid job where I can’t use nicotine (at least nearly as frequently). I've been using patches off and on since they were first introduced in the 80s. When I saw how inexpensive these were, I assumed they were the cheaper, old-type of patch, which were circular with a thin band of adhesive along the outer edge. These, however, are square and the whole surface is adhesive, like the newer style. They are thinner and smaller than the name brand patches and seem to adhere to the skin better, because their thinness allows the patch to flex with your skin more readily. As far as delivering nicotine, they seem to be of the same strength as the name brand product. A bargain at a fraction of the cost!

Just love this product..Not only is it a fraction of what other patchs on the market, but they have an outstanding adhesive that stays in place! No coming off because of shower or leggings.
